Please note that the published lists are provisional merit lists displaying only the quantification of marks; which does not guarantee or create any automatic right to be shortlisted or called for an interview. Only candidates shortlisted in accordance with the University's recruitment policy will be called for an interview.
The quantification of marks and their conversion into divisions is done in accordance with University's approved recruitment policy.
In case of grievances, candidates may submit their complaints to University's Recruitment Complaints Redressal Cell through its Secretary.
Grievances shall be submitted only via email at ar.hr@bgnu.edu.pk, on or before 20 July 2026 (Monday). No physical applications, letters, or in-person visits will be entertained.
The anonymous or unsigned grievances shall not be entertained. All complaints must clearly include the following:
Name of candidate
CNIC number
Post applied for
Application Number
Contact number and email address
Clear description of the grievance along with supporting document(s)
Affidavit on Rs. 100/- e-stamp paper, affirming that the candidate owns the information provided and the same is true to his best knowledge
No new or additional documents (degrees, experience certificates, publications, etc.) beyond those submitted with the original application shall be accepted or considered at this stage.
Grievances regarding quantification of marks or shortlisting must be submitted only via email at ar.hr@bgnu.edu.pk, on or before the deadline mentioned in the relevant advertisement. No physical applications will be entertained.
