Step One

Account Creation

    Go to https://admissions.bgnu.edu.pk/ and click Create Account.

    If you are a new user, provide the following information:
    • i Email Address (this will be your username for future login)
    • ii Mobile Number (please provide a valid number)
    • iii Password
    • iv Confirm Password
    • v Click CREATE ACCOUNT

    Applicants are advised to use their own email addresses to create an account. Avoid creating multiple accounts.
  • d
    Important: Your account information (email, mobile number, CNIC, password) cannot be changed after account creation. Enter accurate information carefully.

Step Two

Personal Information, Address, Disability & Academic Qualifications

    Provide personal information to proceed further.
  • b
    Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • c
    On the blood group field, select N/A if you don't know your blood group.
  • d
    Provide accurate and correct information. After completing this page, click Save then Next.
  • e–g
    Provide postal/permanent address and disability details (if any). Press Save and Next after each section.
  • h
    If applying for BS (4 years), provide the required information of your academic qualifications first.
  • i
    Students with complete results of FA/FSc/DAE/I.Com/D.Com/ICS or equivalent should enter their full result (Obtained marks & Total marks).
  • j
    The provided information must match your transcripts, degrees, or diplomas.
  • k
    To make any changes in academic information at this stage, you must first remove that qualification and add it again with correct information.

    Important: Once you submit your application in Step 3, you cannot edit or change your academic qualifications. Review all information carefully before submission.

Step Three

Submit Application

    Select your University.
  • b
    Select your desired program (Regular / Self-supporting / Replica).
  • c
    Select the merit quota.
  • d
    Select the program you want to apply for. If you are not eligible, the system will not accept your application.
  • e
    You can repeat these steps to apply for more programs.
Important: Once you submit an application, all your submitted data including academic qualifications, personal information, address, and disability details will be locked and cannot be edited. Review all information carefully before submission.

Step Four

Print Challan and Submit Fee

    Go to My Applications, click Print Challan, and download the challan.
  • b
    Pay the application fee using any of the following methods:
    • i Internet / Mobile Banking — Use your bank's app or online portal
    • ii ATM or Bank Branch — Visit any bank ATM or branch for bill payment
    • iii 1Link Bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — Pay through mobile banking apps
  • c
    Enter the PSID number from your challan when making the payment.
  • d
    Keep your payment confirmation or receipt for your records.
The challan must be paid before the closing date and time mentioned on the document. You can pay online without visiting a bank branch.
